Manufacturer Warranty Information

We are an after-warranty repair service. Appliance manufacturers have their own repair services for under-warranty repairs. If your appliance fails during its warranty period, you are usually best served to arrange a repair through the appliance manufacturer’s repair service in order to receive free service.

In some cases, certain appliance models may feature longer warranties than is the standard. Likewise, if you purchased an extended warranty on your appliance, call the retailer from whom you purchased it to arrange a repair. If you have a home insurance / warranty policy which covers appliance repair, consider calling the responsible company first.

Certain parts, like refrigerator compressors, are under warranty for longer than others. These are the most expensive and well-built components in appliances, and they rarely fail during their warranty period unless they are damaged from misuse.
